Free Lookup Period

• All services offered by TraderBuddy include a 15-day free lookup period.
• During this period, users can evaluate the services without any obligation.
• If you choose to cancel the services within this 15-day window, you may do so by sending an email to contact@traderbuddy.in with your request.

Cancellation Requests

• Cancellations can be requested at any time by emailing contact@traderbuddy.in.
• Please include your account details and the reason for cancellation in your email to help us process your request promptly.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for cancellations made during the free lookup period or under exceptional circumstances will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
